SEASONAL CAMPING
HAVE A HOME AWAY FROM HOME AT THE GROVES
The Groves Seasonal Camping lets you pick a campsite and stay there all season long. Over the winter, your RV can stay in the same site and you are ready to go for the next season.
For the 2026 season, seasonal site fees are $2,050. Winter storage is included if you are returning for the next season. Electricity for the entire 2026 season is $300 ($400 for 50 Amp sites) and optional bi-weekly Honey Wagon service is $20 per pump.
There are site restrictions so that we can keep the campground looking awesome for everyone. Small decks and sheds are allowed on most sites.
RVs must be 15 years old or newer or approved if older and in great condition.
Dogs are allowed, but require approval to ensure they are a good fit for a campground setting.

As we grow and add activities on the property, seasonal campers will benefit.
In 2026:
- Seasonal campers will enjoy our holiday weekend events (Memorial Day, The 4th of July and Labor Day), we will have live music and other activities.
- The vendor area during NASCAR is continuing to grow and will have great food trucks and live music this year.
- The bi-annual Divine Pine Festival will be happening in 2026 across the street on US 12 on July 24-26.
- Seasonal campers can set up a tent on our frontage on US 12 for the US 12 Garage Sale (First weekend of August).
- Many of our seasonal campers attend the Big Fam Music Festival (on our property) in late September at a heavily discounted price.
- On the first or second weekend of October, we will have our Halloween event. In addition to our event, the Halloween Night Lites at MIS is a great event for families.
