~ NASCAR SPECIAL BOOKING RULES ~
Most of the electric sites are in the main campground, roughly a 5 minute walk to the trackside sites and vendor area. Certain “Premium” trackside electric sites (directly across from MIS) may be available for a premium rate. (Call for availability.)
Rustic sites are across from the Speedway and near the vendor area.
Price includes 4 adults/children, extra attendees over four, will be required to pay $40 for a band which will be good for the entire week.
There is a state mandated maximum of 8 people per site, and one unit per site.
Rate includes one vehicle pass. Extra Vehicle passes are $30 per vehicle. Only one vehicle may be parked on the site, other vehicles will be parked in designated areas.
Up to 2 dogs allowed per site but dogs should not be left unattended at the campground for extended periods. Dog fees are $25 per dog for the stay.
Extra fees for items not paid for at the time of registration (extra people camping, extra vehicles) will be due upon arrival. Please bring cash for a quicker check-in time.
Check-in will begin at 2:00 PM on Monday July 31st and check-out will be 12:00 p.m. on Monday August 7th.
Payments due in full at time of reservation. Refunds will be granted for cancellations made by June 30, 2023 will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee per site. No refunds if cancelled after June 30, 2023.
